Extensive renovation of a private villa, secondary villa and caretaker’s flat, construction of a pool and renovation of the gardens. The main « belle époque » style villa is arranged over 5 floors and includes a gym, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi.

MZA’s design includes the creation of bespoke wall panelling, windows and doors, dressing rooms, a wine cellar, built-in bathroom furniture and as outdoor pergola.
