Villa, Antibes

MZA oversaw the extension and renovation of this superbly situated house in central Antibes for owners wishing to carry out summer rentals.  The project included installing 4 new bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The client’s own Ireland-based architect produced the design.  MZA adapted the design according to French availabilities and rules, submitted the planning application and carried out the site supervision.
