Steak ‘n’ Shake, Cannes

For their first endeavour in Europe, Steak ‘n Shake appointed MZA for the complete installation of their premium restaurant opposite the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. The project involved uniting three different premises into one restaurant and covered 3 floors, from cellar to first floor. It also involved creating a covered terrace, with a cantilevered roof covering 10m² on the public footpath.

The design created promotes the visual identity of the brand in a very contemporary, stylish setting, with crystallised glass ceramic panels, bespoke coloured backlit glass, mahogany walls and a ‘retro’ elevator.

The clients subsequently appointed MZA for an additional restaurant in Marseille.
