MZArchitecture carried out a full renovation to convert two apartments into one luxurious duplex 3 bedroom apartment with rooftop terrace directly facing the sea. The design was conceived in the spirit of a luxury yacht, with curved angles, natural wood, nickel fittings and the colours of the sea.

MZA also renovated a further apartment for the same clients, incorporating an independent studio to create a 4 bedroomed duplex apartment.
